How to select conveyor cover?

Application and Working Principle:
YD Conveyor Covers is well known as conveyor belt hood and used to protect transported material and conveyor belting, idlers and structure. Effectively they improve personnel safety; reduce loss of material to wind and stop grime and rain from damaging the idlers and belt.
YD Conveyor Covers is mostly used in power plant, cement factory, iron and steel factory, chemical factory, coal, port, jetty, mining and other enterprise. Our company provides fixed-closed type and open type. The color of the rain covers are mainly in blue, grey and white, and red (depend on client’s need).

Selection guidelines
1). Please tell us your belt conveyor’s width____mm and length____mm;
2). If possible, please indicate the opening width____mm of the conveyor cover; 
3). Please indicate the thickness of the cover you required____mm;
4). Every piece conveyor cover’s length is 970mm, except overlap installation, the effective length is 900mm. 
5). The material is colorized galvanized steel plate, the thickness are 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm.
6). Coud you tell us will you need fixed type conveyor cover or open-close type conveyor cover?

What is the Role of Auxiliary Transmission Motor?

How to choose the suitable vibration motor for the vibration machine?

Vibration motor has many types and models with a wide application,it is usually applied with the feeder, vibrating screen combination. The vibration motor is very important in the vibration machine. It directly determines the working efficiency of the vibration machine.The vibration mechanical vibration motor selection steps are as follows:
A.According to the operating requirements, confirm the required vibration of the frequency (r/min) and the amplitude Ym (mm).
Such as the six vibration motor (n=960r /min) can drive the vibration chute, vibration feeder, vibration mill, vibrating screen etc.
B.According to the structure of the vibration machine itself, get the vibration weight G (kg) and calculate the required vibration force Fm (N) .
C.According to the vibration of the operation to get Fm, you can get the model of the vibration motor, please pay attention to the exciting force FH is larger than Fm.
D.Design the overall structure, and calculate the actual vibration parameters, after the calculation, if the vibration motor is too large or too small, motor model should be re-selected.

0: no special protection
1: it can prevent external objects with solid diameter larger than 50 mm entering into the casing.
2: it can prevent external objects with solid diameter larger than12 mm entering into the casing.
3: it can prevent external objects with solid diameter larger than 2.5 mm entering into the casing.
4: it can prevent external objects with solid diameter larger than 1 mm entering into the casing.
5: protection against dust, it can prevent dust from entering to affect the normal operation of the product, and prevent dust contacting the inner casing or parts.
6: sealing against dust, it can completely prevent dust from entering into the casing and prevent the dust contacting the inner casing or parts.
The second  number:
0: no special protection
1: drip-proof: vertical drop of water will not directly enter into the motor.
2:15 degrees angle drip proof: within a range of 15 degrees angle, water drop will not directly enter into the motor.
3: 60 degrees angle water spray proof: within a range of 60 degrees angle, water-spray will not directly enter into the motor.
4: water splash proof: splash water in any direction will not bring harmful effects to motor.
5: water spray proof: spray water in any direction will not bring harmful effects to motor.
6: water waves or strong water spray proof: furious waves or strong water spray will not bring harmful effects to motor.
